Germany is at a spiritual turning point. We believe what happens in Berlin can influence the entire nation — and we have the incredible opportunity to be part of it.

In May 2026, Great Oak Missions will travel to Germany to join believers on the ground for strategic gospel outreach in Berlin and at the world’s largest Goth Festival in Leipzig. Watch this short video from a previous mission.

  • "How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? "

    Romans 10:14

People dressed in costumes, including one with horns and another with face makeup, gathered outdoors during a festival or event.

Wave-Gotik-Treffen

Each year, more than 25,000 people gather in Leipzig for Wave-Gotik-Treffen. Behind the elaborate costumes and dark imagery are people searching for meaning, identity, and connection.

For many years, Christian teams have entered this space as a visible expression of Christ’s light. This year, along with a team from European Initiative, we be meeting people where they are and offering hope through genuine conversation and prayer.
